Han Gu
Ms. Gu, C.P.A., CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ is the President and Founder of Madison Fund Service, Ltd. She has 20+ years of experience in taxes, Wealth Management, Hedge Fund, and Securities Industries. She started her career as a floor trader in Shanghai Petroleum Futures Exchange, was the first generation of Futures Trader in China. Then she joined Hedge fund industry in 90’s, held several senior finance roles at some most prestigious wall street firms for almost 20 years.
Ms. Gu started Madison Fund Service, Ltd. to help individuals and business owners simplify their finance, save substantial money in tax, and grow their wealth long-term.
Due to her commitment to helping her clients, she has also achieved the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Less than 20% of practicing financial advisors in the industry can claim this distinction and very few of those are also CPAs with tax planning expertise. She enjoys making a difference in the lives of clients and shows her passion for long term meaningful relationships.
Ms. Gu has Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana – Champaign. A Member of AICPA, a member of Financial Planning Association, and a Member of the Chinese American Society of CPAs (CASCPA).
When she is not working, Han enjoys traveling outside of country with her husband and son, and do it whenever it is possible. She also has a great passion for food and cooking.
Active in her community, Ms. Gu is a Board member for Madison Fund Foundation, the nonprofit organization helps Children in rural areas learn about culture. And volunteered at Hudson Valley Financial Planning Association (FPA Pro Bono Program)
Lawrence Bruno
Mr. Bruno is the founder of Bruno Brokerage, Inc. He has been helping families in numerous states for over 50+ years on US individual and Business Tax matters. He is considered as a one of the Tax Guru in New York City. When Mr. Bruno is not working on tax, he most enjoys spending time with family and his wife Susan’s amazing Italian Cooking.
Samantha Marquez
Ms. Marquez is a New York City Bronx Native who has over 17 years’ in the customer service areas including 10 years of management experiences. Her passion for understanding people led her expand her knowledge by going to school for Communication Studies with a concentration in Mass Communication. When she is not working with clients, she enjoys Vegan baking, learning new Vegan recipes & free hand painting. She also enjoys writing short poems, watching old movies/ TV shows/the moon, listening to all genres of music and spending time with her mom, Yorkie-Poodle Lily and her cat Buffy.
